Flashback: Paris, France July 2013

I was just reminiscing about my trip last year and I swear I don't remember taking that many pictures! Nevertheless, some of those pictures are amazingly clear thanks to the clear weather we got whilst I was there with my Creole group of classmates. Despite 3 months of working in hotels, we made sure to visit as many sites and attractions as humanly possible... Enjoy!

Beijing, China

So yeah, it's been forever since I posted something on my blog...forgive me? Lol, no but seriously? Juggling university, internships in hotels and family vacations is no joke.

Having said that, I really enjoyed my little 2 week vacation in Beijing. We did all the touristy things you just have to do in Beijing and walked our butts off! I can still feel twinges in my calves lol. I'm pretty sure we hit all the important spots but if we didn't? Well, there's always next year!

Now I'm going to post what may seem like an entire gallery so bear with me please ;)

If you can't tell where I was, then you may have been living under a rock! I love, love, love Magnolia Bakery that can be found at the Dubai Mall. We had 12 hours to spare when transiting though Dubai so we just had to get us some sweets. The Banana Pudding is to-die-for! It certainly didn't hurt when I was treated to a red velvet cupcake as well! Yum!

On to more important things, can I just say that Seychelles truly is a teeny tiny dot in the map even compared to a city! I feel like I covered the entire island of Mahé whilst I was in Beijing. 

First night in Beijing and we had a taste of some amazing Chinese food in a popular Taiwanese restaurant just around the corner from where we were staying. I think my Asian roots are showing...

By the way, Beijing is really beautiful at night!
